Description:

Working cap.: X-Axis = 102" (2,590 mm), Y-axis = 39" (1,000 mm) when routing, Z-axis 3-1/8" (80 mm); positioning speed on X- & Y-axis 245 FPM.

Equipped with: (14) Independent vertical boring spindles forming a T-configuration with (7) spindles on the Y-axis & (7) spindles on the X-axis. A total of (6) horizontal spindles for boring on all four edges of the panel, (4) on the X-axis (2 in ea. direction) and (2) are paralleled with the Y-axis (1 in ea. direction); (6) adjustable panel supports each with (2) vacuum cups.

Options included: (2) Vertically mounted routers, 7.5 HP ea., inverter driven 9,000 - 24,000 RPM, RH & LH rotation, MK2 tool holders; (1) 2 HP - 12,000 RPM grooving saw with 120 mm dia. blade cap., for grooving in the X-axis direction; worktable set up for (2) independent working areas with (8) rear stops, (4) lateral stops and (1) central stop for mirror-image operation.
