MIDWEST AUTOMATION Corfab Machine that Cuts, Shapes, Glues and Assimbles post form top cores in one pass!Modified "1530" to "1531" feed through core shaper with NO-DRIP option and automatic core stick insertion, for core thickness 1/2" to 3/4", core width 15" to 47", with a 96" min. core length, build down & scribe 1/2" to 1" max. Equipped as follows: 2 HP Center drive with full faced friction pads with upper hold down beam with pneumatic wheels. Standard infeed table with guide.(1) 7.5 HP and (1) 10 HP sizing "Gang Rip saw" units.(2) 7.5 HP horizontal shapers with extra "OG" Heads as pictured.(1) 3 HP auxiliary shaper on the Right Hand Side.(1) 3 HP grooving unit and (1) 2 HP cove relief unit on the Left Hand SideNORDSON "ProBlue 10" high capacity hot melt unit with (3) heated hose assemblies with guns and nozzles.
