Description:

EVANS MACHINERY "6100" POSTFORMER; Double Sided Postformer to form high pressure laminates, 90° and 180° wrap cap., and a 48-1/2" .ax. width and 16.5" min. board width.

Motorized thickness opening with digital readout, 5/8" to 1-3/4" panel thickness, unlimited forming length, 48" min. top length, 1-3/4" max. build down.

Equipped with: Two 90° High frequency laminate trimmers, 1-Bottom slitting saw for later cove stick application.

Variable feed speed to 10 FPM, 0.5 HP DC inverter feed drive. Postforms using solvent base or water base contact adhesive, 90° & 180° wrapping capability with 180°.

Energy savings Infrared radiant heating section, 90° & 180° forming section.

Machine dimensions without infeed and outfeed fence 107" long x 72" width x 44" high; 37" working height.
