Description:

CULLMAN AUTOMATION- Automatic Counter-Top Saw with 60" cut capacity

Description: Fully Automatic Counter Top Saw with 60" cut stroke capacity and 4-1/8" height cut ability.

Machine Spec:

The saw carriage and guides will be mounted below the infeed table height and will be raised from under the counter top to cut from the nose position toward the backsplash. This saw will use your existing 16" saw blade to cut across counter top widths of up to 60" with a backsplash height of 4 1/8". A gravity roll conveyor will be supplied to support the counter top while cutting

Cycle Description:

The operator will move the counter top forward from the Back Bender (approximately 30") into the Trim Saw making sure to keep it against the Back Bender guide. (The saw will be installed perpendicular to the edge guide on the Back Bender).

The operator will press the two Cycle Start buttons simultaneously to start a saw cycle. (The Cycle Start buttons will be mounted on the operators control panel).

Clamp cylinders will extend to hold the top in position during the cut.

The saw arbor will rise to the cutting position and feed thru the part.

After the cut is complete the saw arbor will lower and retract to the home position.

The clamp cylinders will retract allowing the operator to move the top forward, against the pop-up stop.

(3) pop-ups will be mounted at 8 foot, 10 foot, and 12 foot on a beam next to the gravity roll conveyor. Each with its own manually operated valve).

The operator will press the two Cycle Start buttons simultaneously to start the saw cycle to complete the part.

A VFD will be used to reduce the saw feed during backsplash cut.

NOTE: A rigger is required to dismantle/load this machine and the estimated cost for that is $1000 and is NOT included in the buy price.
