	Condition	All equipment is offered “as is, where is, with all faults” and no guarantee or warranty. EXF does not accept responsibility regarding the accuracy of information or descriptions supplied.


	Overtime	If a bid is made during the final (5) minutes of the item's scheduled time in the auction, the auction clock will be reset to (5) minutes until ALL bidding ceases.

	Processing Fee	Buyer agrees that all transactions are subject to a $ 25 Processing Fee for all items purchased on the same calendar day in the same auction event.


	Payment	Buyer agrees to remit payment via Certified Check, Wire Transfer, or Credit Card to EX-FACTORYAuctions by the close of the 3rd business day following the receipt of Invoice. Shipping & Freight	The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with loading & transportation and shipping preparation & loading of Ocean Freight Containers.

Pick-Up Hours	Standard pick-up days and times for this item are by appointment only. Failure to request/secure an appointment may result in the delay or refusal of picking up or loading your lots. below.

Buyer Self-Load	The Buyer will have to load the lot himself. The item will be loaded by the Buyer, including unhooking the item, disconnecting from electric, compressed air and dust collection where applicable, and loading the item onto a truck or trailer. If necessary, you will need to supply or bring your own labor to load the item for transport or make the appropriate arrangements for someone else to load the item.
