Description:

APSCO 63-3 Modular Baghouse dust collector with Rotary Air Lock.

Overall Specs: 10,000 CFM, with 990 sq. ft. of polyester felt 10 oz. of filter media, comprised of 54 filters at 10" dia. by 84" long. Design based on 10:1 Air-to-Cloth ratio.

Main Blower/Motor: Side mounted APSCO MH30, material handling fan with belt driven 40 HP TEFC HP Main blower Mounted in a positive pressure configuration. 22" fan inlet dia. (Motor was replaced a couple of years ago).

Construction: Consists of (3) modules each with (18) filter bags each. System can be expanded with additional sections and blowers as the company grows. Specific machines can be run by dedicated blowers to save electrical cost, as the entire unit doesn't have to run.

Complete with: Internal drag chain conveyor supplying a Rotary Air Lock with 5HP TEFC gearbox/chain drive. System disconnect included. I-beam and angle iron support structure with support platform for main fan and catwalk. (3) integral access doors/explosion doors. rectangular plenum to (18" dia.) return air into building.

Loading Types	Buyer is responsible for all loading costs associated with this lot. If this item is described as "Buyer Self-Loading", you will need to bring your own labor to load or make the proper arrangements. If this item has a "Loading Fee", the fee includes loading onto your truck and does not include palletizing or any other special services. If this item is described as "Rigger Required", you will need to hire a third party Rigger to load this item or you may provide your own labor, machinery, tooling, and insurance to load it yourself (unless specified elsewhere). If this item is described as "Seller Loading", it includes (at no additional cost) loading onto your truck and does not include palletizing or any other special services.

Shipping & Freight	The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with loading & transportation and shipping preparation & loading of Ocean Freight Containers.

Pick-Up Hours	Standard pick-up days and times for this item are by appointment only. Failure to request/secure an appointment may result in the delay or refusal of picking up or loading your lots. below.
