Description:

(1) Left and (1) Right separated shaper units. Tongue unit with: Trim saw approx. 5 HP motor, (1) set of Top/Bottom. heads approx. 5 HP motors for machining the tongue. Grooving unit with: (2) sets of Top/Bottom units (4 heads total) for machining the groove, approx. 5 HP motors on each. Part Dimensions: Approx. 3/8" - 1" Max. stock thickness, 8" Max. width, and 10" min. by 7.5' Max. length. Feed drives: Separate 3 HP gear motor feed units on each machine/conveyor with heavy duty precision link block chains on hardened guide rails, approx. 20 to 60 lugs/Min, dog spacing is every other link, infeed stock holddowns with overhead pressure bars and adjustable shoe pressure. Material transport: Heavy duty powered conveyor with 60" wide slick-polished wood strips. Powered overhead rough top transfer belt is supported over the conveyor frame. Separate new floor standing control panel for starters and machine controls. 5" & 4" dust collection ports on each end matcher. Total load is 40 HP.
