Description:

Hess Model Mobil 3000 Edgebander T-edge PVC & wood strip are positioned into press chamber (10' x 2" opening for board size) max. edge strip from 1/4" to 2" x 2-2/8" high. Through a 2-stage process, the foot switches activate the pneumatic & clamping system which continuously applies bottom & side pressure evenly distributed over entire workpiece allowing tight glue joints (panel clamping with pressure of up to 110 PSI, edge strip clamping pressure 55 PSI) Panel heating unit - 1 kW (220 V, 1-Ph). Equipped With: (6) Movable clamp/pressure cylinders (working pressure 3-10 Bar) with each of the press surfaces equipped with a 60mm (2-3/8") wide heated surface (adjustable between 50-240° Celcius). A moveable edge clamp gauge system positions the edge strip for drop edges or overhangs uniformly. Glue curing times will vary pending glue consistency as well as material thicknesses. - Unit is mounted on casters and top mounted operator controls have pressure & temperature gauges and built-in timer.

	Payment	Buyer agrees to remit payment via Certified Check, Wire Transfer, or Credit Card to EX-FACTORYAuctions by the close of the 3rd business day following the receipt of Invoice.
