Description:

IMA - HKA, ...Contour Edgebander.

Manually operatied curved Edgebander that comes with (2) heads, which is a big plus.

Designed for straight or curved (contour) edgebanding with 0.5 - 3 mm edgebanding thickness, 16 - 45 mm panel & banding height, 23 - 45 mm min. strip width; 100 mm min. panel width; 250 mm min. strip length.

Features: 0.5 Liter cap. "floating worktable" head/glue pot unit (hot melt); guillotine knife for PVC material (within floating head) internal/external radii.

Process: Floating edgebanding head is clamped to panel to be processed, pre-cut strip of edgebanding material is fed into glue head, operator guides head around workpiece, glue is directly applied to pre-cut strip of edgebanding material up to end of strip.

Equipped with: Versatile glue head can be fixed to (1) side of table to allow operator to manually manipulate smaller pieces. During "fixed" mounted operation, coil material is drawn in automatically to infeed section of machine.

32" (800 mm) Dia. coil dispensing table, large worktable surface (approx. 36" x 36"); preselection counter for edgebanding material; (1) vacuum pump 6 cbm/Hr cap.; (1) preheating unit with 600 Watts for pre-heating of PVC/ABS edges.

Complete with: Thermo-control for glue temperature, foot pedal control to initate automatic cycle.

	Condition	All equipment is offered “as is, where is, with all faults” and no guarantee or warranty. EXF does not accept responsibility regarding the accuracy of information or descriptions supplied.


	Overtime	If a bid is made during the final (5) minutes of the item's scheduled time in the auction, the auction clock will be reset to (5) minutes until ALL bidding ceases.


	Currency	All bidding is in US-Dollars; payment must be in US-Currency. CDN Bidders and Buyers, will also be charged the applicable sales taxes such as GST, PST, and HST for Canadian Auction Events.


	Buyer's Premium	Buyer agrees to pay EXFA a 12.5% Buyer's Premium for each successful high bid purchase. In the event the Buyer elects to pay using a Credit Card rather than Certified Check, Wire Transfer, or Company Check, Buyer will be charged a 3% Administrative Fee.


	Processing Fee	Buyer agrees that all transactions are subject to a $ 25 Processing Fee for all items purchased on the same calendar day in the same auction event.


	Payment	Buyer agrees to remit payment via Certified Check, Wire Transfer, Company Check, or Credit Card to EX-FACTORYAuctions by the close of the 3rd business day following the receipt of Invoice. NOTES: In the event the Buyer elects to make payment by accepted Credit Cards, a 3% Administrative Fee will be added. Credit Card payments are limited to …US-$ 20,000. Only Credit Cards issued by a US or Canadian Financial Institutions are accepted. Upon receipt of Invoice, you may use our Credit Card Payment Gateway for payment. Should the Buyer elect to make payment by Company Check, lots are unavailable for pick up or shipment until the check clears. Company Checks clear after (5) business days.


	Inspection	Offered equipment is available for inspection by appointment with a minimum of (36) hours notice unless otherwise stated.

Loading Types	Buyer is responsible for all loading costs associated with this lot. If this item is described as "Buyer Self-Loading", you will need to bring your own labor to load or make the proper arrangements. If this item has a "Loading Fee", the fee includes loading onto your truck and does not include palletizing or any other special services. If this item is described as "Rigger Required", you will need to hire a third party Rigger to load this item or you may provide your own labor, machinery, tooling, and insurance to load it yourself (unless specified elsewhere). If this item is described as "Seller Loading", it includes (at no additional cost) loading onto your truck and does not include palletizing or any other special services.

Shipping & Freight	The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with loading & transportation and shipping preparation & loading of Ocean Freight Containers.

Pick-Up Hours	Standard pick-up days and times for this item are by appointment only. Failure to request/secure an appointment may result in the delay or refusal of picking up or loading your lots. below.
