Description:

INDUSTRIAL IWS Shaper and 3550 HAL Assembly Press. MOD "IWS" - Shaper unit, will handle material 2" to 8" wide, 5/8" to 2" thick and 5" minimum length. Equipped with: (2) Shaper spindles - 1-13/16" dia. and 15 HP motor each), feed speed 0 to 150 FPM. Average speed of (100) lugs per minute; feed chain is equipped with lugs on 9" spacing. New design "APQUIP" dual glue roll applicator with improved glue spreading and simplified pump; 90° transfer to the assembly and Flying Cut Off Saw. Overhauled/Repainted MOD "3550 HAL" - Assembly Press, 16' long, air over hydraulic clamp & squeezing section to Flying Cut Off Saw with 5 HP saw motor, press outfeed with (4) Re-trim Saws. Complete with: (1) Set used 6-bolt heads.
