Description:

Stationary table, moving cantilever bridge type machine in a left-to-right configuration with a 126" x 42.5" aluminum grid table that has (2) vacuum zones and will support the use of pods. Equipped with: (1) 10 HP ISO 30 type ATC spindle, 10 station traveling tool carousel, variable spindle speed from 600 - 18,000 RPM, and (1) 15-spindle boring block at 32 mm spacing (9 vertical & 6 horizontal). X-Axis travels 126", Y-axis 55", and Z-axis 12"; X- and Y-axis rapid feed speed is 1,770 IPM, Z-axis = 985 IPM. NUM "750" Controller, 116 KB RAM, 10-1/2" monitor with drawing functions, hand held pendant with X-, Y- & Z-jog feature, variable speed and axis movement from pendant, safety stop, RS-232 for downloading from PC, or run from disk; all in an air conditioned sealed cabinet. Complete with: 5 HP TOSHIBA "KVT 2.100" 100 cbm/Hr Vacuum pump, assorted tool holders and tooling, original documentation, and any available software media.
