A COSTA 7-Head Feed Through Moulder; working cap. 9-1/16" x 4-3/4".Spindle sequence: B-R-L-T-T-B-U; Bottom 15 HP, right 15 HP, left 15 HP, top 15 HP, top 15 HP, bottom 15 HP and universal 15 HP motor.Spindles: dia. 40 mm (1-9/16") with cutterhead speed of 6,000 RPM. Mechanical digital readouts on all spindles. Manual radial adjustment of top spindles. Auto Tool Setting for left and top spindles to radial position.Feed equipped with: 5.5 HP electro mechanical feed drive; variable feed speed from 20 - 120 FPM, all feed wheels driven and with pneumatic pressure.
