Description:

6-Head Feed-Through Moulder! Head sequence: 1st Bottom 10 HP, 2nd right 10 HP, 3rd left 10 HP, 4th Top 15 HP, 5th Top 20 HP, 6th bottom 10 HP motors. Spindle dia. 1-13/16" with cutterhead speed of 6,000 RPM; mechanical spindle brakes. All spindles with mechanical digital readouts for setting accuracy. Pressure elements & chipbreakers include mechanical digital readouts; all spindle adjustments from the front side of machine; motorized positioning of feed beam with (2) support guide ways with independent adjustment of top spindles. 5 HP Feed motor for feed & table rollers; feed speed 16 - 80 FPM; AC inverter drive feed adjustment by digital control. Overhead powered feed wheels with pneumatic pressure, hardened infeed bed plates and powered table rollers.
