Description:

Unit designed for 1- or 2-man operation with very simple & rugged design for easy operation and minimal setup time.

Equipped with: (4) Heavy Duty BOSTICH pnuematic nail guns mounted on powered carriage; carriage activates by an electrical switch and as it advances, the nail guns are activated with a sensor as it moves past adjustable pins. These adjustable pins are mounted on (1) square piece of aluminum which rotates 90° dependent upon which side of the pallet is being assembled.

Assembly operation: Each stringer is securely inserted into place by the operator, he then places the bottom slats according to adjustable indexing pins and activates the nailing carriage. When the nailing cycle is complete the operator then flips the pallet over, lowers the indexing pins for placement of the top slats; once those are in place, he again activates the nailing carriage.

	Payment	Buyer agrees to remit payment via Certified Check, Wire Transfer, or Credit Card to EX-FACTORYAuctions by the close of the 3rd business day following the receipt of Invoice. NOTES: In the event the Buyer elects to make payment by accepted Credit Cards, a 3% Administrative Fee will be added. Credit Card payments are limited to …US-$ 20,000. 	Inspection	Offered equipment is available for inspection by appointment with a minimum of (36) hours notice unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Freight	The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with loading & transportation and shipping preparation & loading of Ocean Freight Containers.

Pick-Up Hours	Standard pick-up days and times for this item are by appointment only. Failure to request/secure an appointment may result in the delay or refusal of picking up or loading your lots. below.
