Description:

GBN Explorer Stringer Pallet Nailing System with Stacker.

Nails (3 - 4 & 5) stringer pallets; min. pallet size is 32” x 24”, max. is 60” x 72”.

Specifications:

(28) Hardened nailing chucks, standard compensating style, uses individual bulk nails.

Hydraulic power pack is floor mounted.

Includes outfeed rolls and Stacker.

Special Option: 5-1/4" High pallet pass-through capacity (industry standard is 4”).

Approx. (1,000 - 1,200) stringer pallets/day capacity.

This is the only Single Nailer with Turner that does not back up; it runs one direction - top, then bottom, then top, and so forth.

With no reverse, the production is between (1,000 - 1,200) Stringer Pallets per shift.

NOTES: In the event the Buyer elects to make payment by accepted Credit Cards, a 3% Administrative Fee will be added. Credit Card payments are limited to …US-$ 20,000. 	Inspection	Offered equipment is available for inspection by appointment with a minimum of (36) hours notice unless otherwise stated.

If this item is described as "Rigger Required", you will need to hire a third party Rigger to load this item or you may provide your own labor, machinery, tooling, and insurance to load it yourself (unless specified elsewhere). If this item is described as "Seller Loading", it includes (at no additional cost) loading onto your truck and does not include palletizing or any other special services.

Shipping & Freight	The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with loading & transportation and shipping preparation & loading of Ocean Freight Containers.

Pick-Up Hours	Standard pick-up days and times for this item are by appointment only. Failure to request/secure an appointment may result in the delay or refusal of picking up or loading your lots. below.
