JOOS press. 61" x 124" Platen size, loading from all (4) sides; for laying up veneer & laminate onto flat panels or components. 15-3/4" Daylight opening, (1) upper & (1) lower ELKOM "OKOTHERM" aluminum composit short cycle electrical heated glycol/water platens, tempered gold anodized platen surfaces to prevent glue build up and scratches. 24 kW Glycol/water heater for quick heat-up time with +/- 1° C temperature consistency, temperature thermostat & safety thermostat, warning light if temperature is too high, 140° C (280° F) max. 115 Metric tons max. pressure, 39 PSI specific pressure over entire platen, (6) 80 mm dia. upstroke cylinders, 15" stroke, and approx. (13) Sec closing time.
