Description:

AXYZ AUTOMATION 4012 CNC ROUTER (SINGLE SPINDLE):
Moving gantry machine in a front-to-back configuration with stationary table.

57" X 120" process area; over 12" Z axis movement and approximately 19" gantry clearance max. speed 1,000 IPM; aluminum table has overhead vertical framework with clamping pistons built into the table on one end and hydraulics on the other end to provide overhead clamping of material.

T-slot fixturing capability; heavy duty gantry bridge rides on double drive integral rack & pinion system.

Has been fitted with router motor and dual aggregate head (also has an unused spare aggregate head and extra tools).

Equipped with:
8.5 KW (10 HP) spindle motor, variable RPM up to 24,000 RPM with a 90° manual rotation for X- & Y-axis horizontal routing using a included speed control; Pneumatic quick change.

Control system includes:
The AXYZ software, and hand-held pendant with a user friendly WINDOWS PC (CE version 9.92RG based control system.

NOTE:
The extra equipment is shown in the pictures can come with the CNC at an extra cost.
