Description:

(2) 60" x 60" Moving tables can operate independently for unload/load on one while the other is in process or together as a single 120" x 60" work area; each table has a single zone, phenolic vacuum plenum.

Equipped with: (1) 10 HP ISO-30 type ATC spindle, variable spindle speeds from 3,000 to 18,000 RPM, column mounted, non-traveling, 8-position tool carousel.

All axes ride on profile way & bearing systems and utilize "brushless" AC Servo motors driving precision ball screws, 1,500 IPM maximum machining feed rates, cast iron bridge and vertical columns; X-axis travel of 61", Y-axis 121", and Z-axis stroke is 11".

INDUSTRIAL "AMC 4" Machine control system with 3-axis simultaneous motion, 32-bit "RISC" processor, RS-232 port for PC communication, hand held controller, inch/metric operation, and feed rate & spindle speed override.
