COSMEC CONQUEST 250 CNC Router with Tool Changer & Boring Head.

Equipped with:

49" x 98" Fixed table, moving gantry design in a front-to-back configuration.

2-Zone Phenolic vacuum table supported by a (1) pop-up pins for part location.

10 HP Router Spindle, ISO 30 type ATC spindle, variable spindle speed from 800 - 18,000 RPM.

8-Position tool carousel, 14-Spindle boring block (10 vertical, 4 horizontal spindles).

Features & Control:

OSAI WINDOWS based control with a color LCD screen, floppy drive and hard drive. 3-Axis linear and circular interpolation, network capable with a user friendly operator interface.

All axes incorporate brushless, closed-loop Servo motors driving precision ballscrews, and ride on STAR linear guide ways with an automatic lubrication system servicing the way and ballscrew bearings.
