Automatic Rosette Maker! 5" diameter rosettes with magazine feeder Automatically feeds, shapes & ejects Rosette blocks in sizes from 2-1/2" - 5" max. square blocks. 1.5 HP motor belt drives 2-7/8" spindle cutterhead @ 7,500 RPM Adjustable hopper feed to side of spindle automatically indexes Rosette blocks under cutterhead up against a corner-V holding fixture with overhead spring fingers. Cutterhead advances and machines Rosette, then automatically ejects block to front (hydraulic position of block and air eject cylinder) AC speed reducer add to control spindle speed (2) Cutterheads equipped for standard 16°/60° 1/4" corrugated knife steel. (3) profiles, 7 knives total Produces up to (500) Rosettes/Hr; Rosette profiles can be ground on any profile grinder for infinitely variable design possibilities.
