Description:

36" Wheel dia. with a 2" wide rim (wheel face), aluminum wheel w/rubber tires, 20 HP V-belt drive main motor, 2-1/2" max. band width for minimal saw kerf of 1/16" only (205" long blade), blade runs at 8,000 FPM, 12" max. cutting height under the guide. Max. feed roll opening 16" wide, designed to re-saw lumber up to 8" wide; features fully adjustable feed mechanism in order to produce precisely re-sawn lumber using the thinnest possible band saw blades. Equipped with: (4) Powered, vertical infeed rolls (8" high) with opposing idle roller infeed fence, feed works tilt up to 45° for bevel cutting, 1.5 HP feed motor with infinitely adjustable feet rate from 20 - 150 FPM. Pneumatic open-and-close of feed wheel(s) by lever or foot pedal; idle rollers built into table to facilitate handling of heavy timber. Complete with: Hydraulic blade tensioner w/indicator, LENOX Micronizer blade lubricator, foot operated 2-wheel brake (stops within 1.5 - 2 Sec) and push button magnetic starter control. - Saw requires NO pit.
