Description:

Tigerstop factory mounted on Tucker & VerLended LH upcutting saw with 2" x 12" or 1" x 13" cutting capacity. Table tilted at 10° to assure stock remains firm against the fence. Powered by a 5 HP motor swinging a 450 mm dia. blade with 30 mm bore at 2,890 RPM With Tigerstop 18' infeed and 8' outfeed tables, the Tiger Optimizer is capable of up to 15,000 solutions/second. Cutting lists can be downloaded or manually entered. Head and tail cutS can be automatically entered for all cut lists. Can be configured to process material in a waste first or waste last mode. Generates yield and optimization data to track material flow and saw utilization The system uses a laser light to electronicaly register defects with the saw's computer.
