Description:

CTD D 45X Fixed Head Double Miter Saw w/Infeed & Outfeed Tables.

Saw blades fixed at 45° angle for precise mitering of lineal moulding or door parts.

Each saw head has adjustments for blade variation, allowing precision alignment of blades to minimize scrap. Saw heads are adjustable up to 3°, always assuring perfect miters.

Specifications & Features:

14" dia. blade cap. for general purpose mitering operations; blades not included.

5/8" Dia. arbors powered by dual belt drive motor with dual Magnetic Starters.

4" x 2.375" Cutting cap. with 12" blades, 4" x 2.5" or 2-1/2" x 6" with 14" blades.

The D 45X is equipped with:

2" Dia. air cylinders for pivoting blade travel with auto-reverse at release of foot pedal; (2) pneumatic vertical air clamps.

Adjustable for stroke length & speed, and the distance from the blade to the workpiece (minimizes cycle times).

Complete with:

Totally enclosed floor stand with 6" dia. dust collector outlet (1,200 CFM required) & scrap chute, rotary cam disconnect switch and blade guard interlock switch.

Includes:

10' Infeed and 6' outfeed tables with stops; keyed fences, adjustable front to rear; precision machined and ground saw arm.

Pivot brackets and table with milled slots to guide pivot brackets and fences; saw actuation by pneumatic spring return foot pedal valve; air filter/regulator assembly.

If this item is described as "Buyer Self-Loading", you will need to bring your own labor to load or make the proper arrangements. If this item is described as "Rigger Required", you will need to hire a third party Rigger to load this item or you may provide your own labor, machinery, tooling, and insurance to load it yourself (unless specified elsewhere). Shipping & Freight	The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with loading & transportation and shipping preparation & loading of Ocean Freight Containers.

Pick-Up Hours	Standard pick-up days and times for this item are by appointment only. Failure to request/secure an appointment may result in the delay or refusal of picking up or loading your lots. below.
