Description:

(10) Station Profile Sander! (10) Stations which sands all (4) sides. Size Capacity: 7.5" max. width, 3-1/4" min. width; approx. 3-1/8" thickness cap. Head Configuration: Station 1 - 3: Triangular design belt sanding heads: Each with 2 HP motors, 1st two mounted on one column, variable speed from 100 - 2,750 RPM. Belt sands is longitudinally in the same direction as material flow. 1st two heads have gearmotor powered adjustments. 3rd head mounted on separate column with gearmotor powered adjustments & belt head mounted on right hand side.Station 4 - 8: Sanding Wheels, abrasive rotary/disc-type sanding heads each with 3 HP motor dual speed for 700 or 1,400 RPM arbor, 8" max. approx. abrasive wheel dia.; units are mounted of vertical support columns. Spindles will also accommodate pneumatic drums. Station 9 & 10: (2) Cleaning brush heads. Feed System: 5.5 HP approx. gearmotor feed drive; feed speeds from 25 - 160 FPM. Smooth steel bed surface for 1st three heads with side guide rollers and remaining heads are have a rubber feed belt segments at each station with pneumatically loaded rubber wheel top hold downs; Lineshaft drive under the length machine with right-angle take-off to each belt segment. Features: Head Adjustments: Remote control on all heads includes variable speed on head motors, feed speed, and X, Y & Z adjustment for heads 1 - 3. Digital displays on the control panel. Wheel #5 is universal with a 360° tilt rotation. All heads have pneumatic automatic wear compensation on sandpaper. Position & degree adjustments dovetail slides by hand wheel with digital indicators. Complete with: 8" Wide abrasive belt capacity, belt oscillation on/off, interchangeable profile pads & electronically timed/programmable movement of pad, pneumatic belt tension, pneumatic blowers for cleaning & cooling of belts. Also includes custom built gearmotor driven cut-off saw (specially designed for cut to size) the approx 48" wide rolls of Scotch-Brite, etc. when purchased new. Free-standing main electrical cabinet with controls, PLC controller & manual override with individual buttons. Features a remote control unit to facilitate setup/operation. 	Overtime	If a bid is made during the final (5) minutes of the item's scheduled time in the auction, the auction clock will be reset to (5) minutes until ALL bidding ceases.

	Buyer's Premium	Buyer agrees to pay EXFA a 15.0% Buyer's Premium for each successful high bid purchase. In the event the Buyer elects to pay using a Credit Card rather than Certified Check, Wire Transfer, or Company Check, Buyer will be charged a 3% Administrative Fee.


	Processing Fee	Buyer agrees that all transactions are subject to a $ 25 Processing Fee for all items purchased on the same calendar day in the same auction event.


	Payment	Buyer agrees to remit payment via Certified Check or Wire Transfer to EX-FACTORYAuctions by the close of the 2nd business day following the receipt of Invoice.


	Inspection	Offered equipment is available for inspection by appointment with a minimum of (36) hours notice unless otherwise stated.
