Description:

ARMINIUS - SP-12, ...Feed Through Edge Profile Sander.

4-Head Single-side conveyorized feed Edge Profile Sander for flat or profiled edges.

1st Head: KS-10 Flat linear belt oscillating sanding head for straight edges, 2.5 HP, 4-3/4" x 82.7" abrasive belt, 24 MPS belt speed.

2nd & 3rd Heads: Type PS33 for sanding profile's or straight edges and also permits the use of sanding discs.

The workpiece passing through the machine activates a limit switch via a solenoid and cylinder; the limit switch controls sanding pad moving into the workpiece and retracts once the part pased the limit switch.

2 HP Motors, 3.9" x 98-1/2" abrasive belts; belt oscillation can be set from 0 - 50 mm stroke.

Heads tilt plus/minus approx. 60°; to sand, using a disc, the drive pulley is exchanged for a sanding disc.

4th Head - Type Chamfer Belt Sanding Unit: The purpose of this unit is to sand milled or profiled edges or corner/edges.

Belt size is approx 7/8" x 78 3/4", belt speed is 14.5 MPS run by a 0.55 kW (0.75 HP) motor.

Variable feed speed conveyor from 15 - 80 FPM; upper feed holddown beam with spring loaded pressure rollers.

Machine comes with the dust collection manifold and a Profile Block Fabricating Machine; also assorted sandpaper.

	Processing Fee	Buyer agrees that all transactions are subject to a $ 25 Processing Fee for all items purchased on the same calendar day in the same auction event.


	Payment	Buyer agrees to remit payment via Certified Check, Wire Transfer, Company Check, or Credit Card to EX-FACTORYAuctions by the close of the 3rd business day following the receipt of Invoice. NOTES: In the event the Buyer elects to make payment by accepted Credit Cards, a 3% Administrative Fee will be added. Credit Card payments are limited to …US-$ 20,000. Only Credit Cards issued by a US or Canadian Financial Institutions are accepted. Upon receipt of Invoice, you may use our Credit Card Payment Gateway for payment. Should the Buyer elect to make payment by Company Check, lots are unavailable for pick up or shipment until the check clears. Company Checks clear after (5) business days.


	Inspection	Offered equipment is available for inspection by appointment with a minimum of (36) hours notice unless otherwise stated.

If this item is described as "Buyer Self-Loading", you will need to bring your own labor to load or make the proper arrangements. If this item is described as "Rigger Required", you will need to hire a third party Rigger to load this item or you may provide your own labor, machinery, tooling, and insurance to load it yourself (unless specified elsewhere). If this item is described as "Seller Loading", it includes (at no additional cost) loading onto your truck and does not include palletizing or any other special services.

Shipping & Freight	The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with loading & transportation and shipping preparation & loading of Ocean Freight Containers.

Pick-Up Hours	Standard pick-up days and times for this item are by appointment only. Failure to request/secure an appointment may result in the delay or refusal of picking up or loading your lots. below.
