Veneer Splicer! Veneer Sheet "Face" Assembly includes: Glue application and longitudinal splicing in 1-pass, using an integrated glue applicator; veneer strip width of 2" minimum. ˜˜ During production, the operator has all specifications within the field of vision on the control panel; adjustments can be made without interruption to production Glue application: Adjustable gluing unit ensures a perfect glue application using an applicator disc that is precisely angled to meet up with the veneer edge. The quantity of glue applied can be adjusted for the type of wood or the feed speed, glue supplied by (2) individual/integrated glue pots Integrated glue Chilling unit extends glue pot life up to (4) hours. ˜˜ Drive & Feed: Upper & lower high-grade Stainless Steel chain tracks are powered by a unique hydraulic direct drive for high, controlled forces during veneer splicing The infeed rollers accurately align the veneer to the glue application rolling disc where an even coat is applied Glued veneers are transported through the heating section; veneer joints are completely cured when they exit the machine and are ready for the next process The photocell controlled infeed guarantees accurate end alignment, no staggering, of the joint and ease of feeding the machine NOTE: Machine ships with a Transformer to connect directly with your 440 Volt power.

	Condition	All equipment is offered “as is, where is, with all faults” and no guarantee or warranty. EXF does not accept responsibility regarding the accuracy of information or descriptions supplied.


	Overtime	If a bid is made during the final (5) minutes of the item's scheduled time in the auction, the auction clock will be reset to (5) minutes until ALL bidding ceases.

	Processing Fee	Buyer agrees that all transactions are subject to a $ 25 Processing Fee for all items purchased on the same calendar day in the same auction event.

If this item is described as "Rigger Required", you will need to hire a third party Rigger to load this item or you may provide your own labor, machinery, tooling, and insurance to load it yourself (unless specified elsewhere). If this item is described as "Seller Loading", it includes (at no additional cost) loading onto your truck and does not include palletizing or any other special services.

Shipping & Freight	The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with loading & transportation and shipping preparation & loading of Ocean Freight Containers.

Pick-Up Hours	Standard pick-up days and times for this item are by appointment only. Failure to request/secure an appointment may result in the delay or refusal of picking up or loading your lots. below.
