Helical head with (6) spirals of 4-sided carbide (280)inserts, 25 HP motor. 2nd Head: Rubber covered contace roll 10" Dia., 25 HP motor. 3rd Head: Combination head with rubber covered contact roll and finishing platen, 15 HP motor. Rotary panel cleaning brush with dust hood at outfee. Both sanding heads with 43" x 84" Abrasive belts with "POSI-TRAK" electronic tracking. Dial indicators for all drum and platen height adjustments. Conveyor belt feed with variable feed speed from 4 M/min to 16 M./min (13 - 52 FPM), automatic conveyor belt tracking. Anti-kickback fingers on infeed, planer head with sectional infeed shoe followed by holddown shoes on other heads. Air activated caliper disc brakes on all heads. Motorized part thickness adjustment 0 to 125 mm ( 0" - 4.9") with LED digital readout. Complete with: Load meters for each head, 2-roller infeed extension area.
