Vertical and horizontal finger joints in a wide variety of patterns; infeed timber length 6" - 27-1/2" max.; thickness 3/4" to 2" max.; timber width 1-1/2" to 6" max. vertical, wider with horizontal joints.
Timber outfeed press length of 20'. Finger joint shaper, single-shaper design, including transport belt in the clamping station (belting is missing and will require replacement). Equipped with: Fixed limit stop, adjustable to align the package; trim saw with 5 HP motor and shaper spindle with 15 HP belt drive, shaping. The guiding device of the shaper table consists of stable guide rollers; blocks are clamped by means of pressure controlled horizontal and vertical clamping device. Finger joint press with ejection to the side design to press the finger jointed lumber to a fixed final length; the feeding & pressing process is carried out at (1) working level; the infeed timber is pre-pressed by means of the press control. Complete with: Hydraulic power pack; 8 ton max. thrust force; 3 HP saw motor and 15" dia. blade for cut to length finger jointed material.
