Description:

36" Width cap., (1) Head, steel contact roll 11.5" dia., 125 HP motor, 37" x 103" abrasive belt, "POSI-TRAK" electronic tracking with pneumatic tensioning, outfeed rotary panel cleaning brush, conveyor belt cleaning brush. Hydraulic load compensating feed works 10 to 50 FPM, smooth neoprene conveyor belt, 44" infeed conveyor loading area, motorized thickness opening 0" to 6" with mechanical digital readout. Infeed and outfeed holddown shoes, 36" constant passline of conveyor bed; automatic bearing lubrication of sanding head, conveyor and the screw jacks. Complete with: Anti-kick back fingers, explosion proof electrics, access door for clean out of main dust hood, controls on belt loading side and load meter; main motor starter not included.
