Equipped with: Quick heat-up glue system, quick change glue tank for maintenance & glue color change; automatic magazine for strip & coil stock, 3 mm PVC guillotine, reversible rotation glue roller. (1) Driven plus 3-idle roller pneumatically controlled" pressure section w/digital readout setting.Workstations: (2) Motor Pre-mill unit (3 HP motors with straight and chamfer capability; program controlled indexing from straight to bevel. Double motor end trim (0.5 HP - 12,000 RPM motors), chamfers 0° - 15°. Top & bottom radius trim, bevels 0° - 25° (0.75 HP - 12,000 RPM motor), with insert knives for 3 mm PVC radius, Top and bottom scrape station. Top and bottom buffing.
