Description:

0.4 - 20 mm (3/4") Edge cap., panel thickness 8 - 55 mm (3/8" to 2-1/4"), min. panel length 160 mm (6-3/8") and 60 mm (2-1/2") min. width; line control (no limit switches) for workstation function.

Equipped with: Quick heat-up glue system w/overhead hopper feed; automatic magazine for strip & coil stock, 3 mm PVC guillotine, reversible rotation glue roller w/infrared heat zone to follow, (1) drive plus (4) idle roll "pneumatically controlled" pressure section w/digital readout setting.

Workstations: Double motor end trim "HL83" (1 HP - 12,000 RPM motors), chamfers 0° to 15°; top & bottom flush/radius trim, bevels 0° - 25° (2 HP - 12,000 RPM motors), with insert knives; top & bottom fine/radius trim, bevels 0° - 25° (0.8 HP - 12,000 RPM motors), with insert knives for 3 mm PVC radius, tilts 0° - 35°; top & bottom scraping for 2 - 6 mm radius, pneumatically controlled blowoff nozzles; top & bottom buffing (0.25 HP - 1,400 RPM). Shipping & Freight	The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with loading & transportation and shipping preparation & loading of Ocean Freight Containers.

Pick-Up Hours	Standard pick-up days and times for this item are by appointment only. Failure to request/secure an appointment may result in the delay or refusal of picking up or loading your lots. below.
