Description:

AGLA GALLI 1200 Polyester Buffing Machine:

Polyester Buffer with (2) Gantry mounted, 48" long Buffing Rollers with horizontal oscillation.

Work pieces are edge clamped to a motorized rolling table that has a variable stroke length handling panels up to 120" long.

Stroke-travel speed 49 FPM, opening adjustments for material thickness between table and buffing rollers 0 - 6".

Equipped with: 14" Dia. buffing discs or arbor can be fitted with brush sanding or Scotch Brite unit if desired. Buffing rollers rotate at 950 RPM, oscillate at 80 Cycles/Min with an oscillating movement of approx. 1".

Motors & Drives: (1) One 12 HP arbor motor for each buffing roller; roller oscillation, table stroke, and pump for abrasive paste each have a separate motor of approx. 1 HP motor.
