WEINIG UNIMAT 23 Feed Through Moulder 6-Head (B-R-L-T-T-B), working capacity 230 x 120 mm (9" x 4.7"). Spindle sequence: Bottom 7.5 kW (10 HP), right 11 kW (15 HP), Left 11 kW (15 HP), top 14.9 kW (20 HP), Top 14.9 kW (20 HP)bottom 11.18 kW (15 HP); Spindle diameter 1 13/16". All spindles with mechanical digital readouts. Mechanical spindle brakes on all spindles, spindle RPM is 8,000 Weinig ATS Positioning for left and top spindles radial positioning via servo motor. 99 programs of storage. Feed system:Cardan drive. Motorized feed beam adjustment, receding chip breakers on left and top spindles. Variable feed speed from 6 - 36 m/min (20 - 118 FPM) with 7.5 kW (10 HP) motor. Overhead feed wheels with pneumatic pressure, powered table rollers in machine table. Adjustable fence & adjustable out-feed table.
