ROSENQUIST CPP Curved Plywood Press

66" Left-to-right x 40" deep single platen,
Specifications:
36" daylight opening with 36" of downward movement; adjustable limit switch controls downward movement; 20 kW generator.

Equipped with:

Clear side-to-side opening of 72" for ease of loading from the 66" side;

Platens have 1-1/2" lip on all (4) sides for attaching forms; down-acting hydraulic cylinders with rod-wipers to protect the cylinders from arcing;

150 PSI max. specific pressure of closing force over 100% of the platen area ,

(3) each 5" bore hydraulic cylinders; Side pressure from both sides applied by (2) 5" bore X 45" stroke hydraulic cylinders

(2) End pressure cylinder 3" bore X 30" stroke

Heavy Duty welded steel frame platen with aluminum platen plates to protect machined platen surface from corrosive adhesives & improve RF connections.

Features: Free-standing hi/low hydraulic unit, pressure compensated pump, 30 HP TEFC motor;

20 kW frequency generator cures approx. 40 Lbs mass/Min; max. 115 amps at 460 VAC 3-Ph operation.
