Description:

DELLE VEDOVE - LSP/6, ...Feed Through Profile Sander (Mouldings).

6-Head, 8" max. width cap., feed through, chain with dog feed, 6-station machine for sanding all types of profiled products.

Sanding Stations:

Stations #1 - #5: Triangular Belt Sanding unit, max. belt dimensions 118-1/2" x 4-1/2", inverter controlled variable belt speed via 1.5 kW (2 HP) motor, sanding unit tilts from -30° to +100°; 4" dia. dust hood.

Belt sanding units have automatic belt cleaning through air blowers & oscillation option when sanding straight edges to enhance belt life.

All units have mechanical digital readouts for major adjustments to allow easy accurate setup.

Station #6: 1.2 HP (0.9 kW) Top Brush Sanding heads that can accept flexible sanding wheels and profiled sanding wheels.

Feed Through System:

Automatic feed through system, variable feed speed from 30 - 100 FPM, 5.3 HP (4 kW) drive.

Dogs on endless steel chain can be repositioned at any pitch spacing according to desired max. allowable product length. Shorter parts can also be placed butted end-to-end to fill the dog spacing.

	Overtime	If a bid is made during the final (5) minutes of the item's scheduled time in the auction, the auction clock will be reset to (5) minutes until ALL bidding ceases.

	Processing Fee	Buyer agrees that all transactions are subject to a $ 25 Processing Fee for all items purchased on the same calendar day in the same auction event.


	Payment	Buyer agrees to remit payment via Certified Check, Wire Transfer, Company Check, or Credit Card to EX-FACTORYAuctions by the close of the 3rd business day following the receipt of Invoice. NOTES: In the event the Buyer elects to make payment by accepted Credit Cards, a 3% Administrative Fee will be added. Credit Card payments are limited to …US-$ 7,500. Only Credit Cards issued by a US or Canadian Financial Institutions are accepted. Upon receipt of Invoice, you may use our Credit Card Payment Gateway for payment. Should the Buyer elect to make payment by Company Check, lots are unavailable for pick up or shipment until the check clears. Company Checks clear after (5) business days.


	Inspection	Offered equipment is available for inspection by appointment with a minimum of (36) hours notice unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Freight	The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with loading & transportation and shipping preparation & loading of Ocean Freight Containers.

Pick-Up Hours	Standard pick-up days and times for this item are by appointment only. Failure to request/secure an appointment may result in the delay or refusal of picking up or loading your lots. below.
