Specifications: Max. 3/16" (5 mm) solid wood banding & 3 mm PVC cap., 1/4" - 1-3/4" max. panel thickness and 5-1/2" min. panel length.
Workstations: Cartridge glue system quick melt feature, automatic magazine for coil, strip & solid edgebanding; HD guillotine for 3 mm PVC
- Pressure section with (1) large dia. and (2) smaller idle rollers, w/quick adjustment to edge thickness, powered 1st roller with electronic speed control synchronized with chain feed speed
- Double motor end trim with (0.3 HP - 9,000 RPM HF motors), adjustable 0° - 15° for chamfer cuts
- Top & bottom flush trim unit (1 HP - 18,000 RPM HF motors), SIKO digital readouts
- Top & bottom PVC scraper unit for 0.8 - 5 mm radius, with air jets for blow-off
