SCMI SIGMA 107 IMPACT FRONT LOAD, AUTOMATIC PANEL SAW
Specifications:
- 149.6" (3,800 mm) Max. rip cut cap., 4.2" (107 mm) saw blade projection using a 380 mm dia. blade
- 12 HP (9 kW) main saw motor, 4,400 RPM main blade speed, 2 HP (1.5 kW) scoring motor, 7,650 RPM score blade speed.
Saw Carriage: - Variable saw carriage speed from 20 - 98 FPM (6 - 30 MPM), return speed of 98 FPM (30 MPM); Automatic saw carriage lubrication, balanced on hardened cylindrical guides, external score saw adjustment, THK guides for vertical saw movement.
Pusher Fence: - Programmable rear fence with rack & pinion movement, 124 FPM (38 MPM) forward speed, 124 FPM (38 MPM) return speed; (8) Material gripper clamps, grippers fit into a slotted pressure beam for positive material control during the final cut
Operator & Machine Control: - PC Front-end with SCM "WinCUT" real-time operation software with onboard optimizer; 64 MB RAM, 15" color super VGA monitor, on-screen diagnostics & production reports
