URBAN AKS 1400 ETL Vertical 4-Point Welding Machine
Vertical 4-Point Welding Machine for welding of vinyl profile angles of 90° with heated welding bead restriction of 2 mm. Quick-change of outer contour limiters through screwless backstop system ensures flexible production process. Clamping cylinders adjust automatically to required profile height.
Automatic adaption of fusing time to different profile cross sections. Compensation welding system allows welding of profile bars with cutting tolerance of up to + 3 mm. Parallel thrust procedure of welding carriages to increase corner strength.
Easy profile insertion through preselection of insertion position for upper & lower welding heads.
